Senior Unity Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Unity Developer to join our core games team. You will lead the technical development of ambitious 3D mobile and cross-platform titles, architecting robust systems and optimizing rendering pipelines.

What you'll do

• Architect and implement core game systems in Unity (C#)
• Lead technical decisions for new titles, from concept to launch
• Optimize game performance for mobile devices (iOS and Android)
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Work closely with designers and artists to realize the creative vision

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional game development experience using Unity
• Expert knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming
• Experience shipping at least two commercial titles
• Deep understanding of memory management, rendering pipelines, and profiling
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience with custom shader development (HLSL/Shader Graph)
• Background in multiplayer networking (Photon, Mirror, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Unity projects
